Enterprise Security Architect – Nomios Netherlands

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to multiple customers, translating complex security challenges into practical, strategic, technically robust solutions.
• Engage directly with customers through meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Design end-to-end enterprise security architectures that align with best practice frameworks and customer requirements.
• Serve as technical authority throughout pre‑sales and early delivery cycle, shaping solutions that are achievable and strategically sound.
• Lead technical presentations, architecture reviews, and solution demonstrations.
• Partner with Sales and Account teams to support strategic opportunities, providing technical credibility and thought leadership.
• Stay ahead of emerging cyber security technologies and frameworks to ensure Nomios remains at the forefront of industry innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise cyber security solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with vendors such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, Check Point, or Netskope, and familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, and managed security services.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture frameworks (e.g. SABSA, TOGAF, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Confident, engaging personality with ability to build rapport and credibility with customers at all levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to simplify complexity and influence decision‑making.
• Desire to work across multiple customers, shaping security strategy and acting as a long‑term trusted partner.

Job Specifics

• Location: Hybrid role, requirement to attend Basingstoke office.
• Hours: Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 9:00am‑5:30pm, with occasional evening or weekend work required.
• Travel: Travel within the UK and occasional international trips required.
• Requirements: Must have full UK driving licence and attend customer sites across the UK.
