A leading timber solutions provider in Witney is seeking an early career ERP Business Analyst to optimize business systems. You will work closely with managers to identify challenges and implement improvements without needing to code. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills and a minimum of 2 years' experience in an ERP-related role. This position entails project leadership and fostering relationships across the business to enhance system functionality, making a genuine impact in a fast-moving environment.

We’re looking for an early career ERP Business Analyst who is curious about how businesses really work and motivated by making systems better serve people, processes and performance.
Based at one of our three offices: Witney Oxfordshire, Aberdeen, Scotland or Central Scotland.
This role is ideal for someone with a solid grounding in business systems and ERP, who enjoys working closely with managers and leaders to uncover blockers, spot opportunities and turn real world challenges into practical, value adding solutions. You won’t be writing code or acting as a developer. Instead, you’ll be at the centre of the business, using insight, analysis and collaboration to help our ERP and wider systems work smarter across our teams.
If you’re a confident communicator with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, strong business awareness and an appetite to grow your career in a complex, fast-moving manufacturing environment, this is a role where you can make a genuine impact.
You will be required at times to visit different sites across the group to participate in project work so a full clean driving license is necessary.
