Red Balloon Reading is an inviting and nurturing private educational setting, providing full-time or part-time therapeutic and educational support for up to 24 young people who are aged between 11-16. We are currently seeking an English Teacher to design and implement individualised learning programmes for our students.

As our English Teacher, you will manage and develop the teaching of English, ensuring the provision of an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum. You will professionally immerse yourself into our ethos and culture, modelling our approach, and building relationships rooted in mutual respect. With small classes of no more than 4 students, and the directive to place wellbeing at the centre of all you do, this is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and forward-thinking individual who has the desire, skills and experience to do something incredible.
