A global risk assessment provider is seeking an Engagement Manager to handle key accounts and improve fraud detection through proactive analysis. The role requires proficiency in SQL and Python, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset. In this role, you will work in collaboration with our customers and account managers to maximise the value delivered by the world’s largest email‑based risk assessment solution. Your results will lead to immediate real‑world impact in the form of lower customer friction, reduced fraud losses and, as a result, increased customer profitability.
