Key Responsibilities
  • Perform both scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical systems across various commercial settings, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm systems, and emergency lighting.
  • Keep precise records using our advanced computerised maintenance management system.
  • Diagnose and resolve faults, always ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • 17th, or 18th edition qualification.
  • Recognised apprenticeship SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Prior experience working within Facilities Management or Building Services.
