Job summary

A leading global real estate firm is seeking an Electrical Shift Engineer for their London Data Centre operations. This role requires an extensive understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The successful candidate will oversee maintenance and compliance within critical environments, ensuring the reliability of assets and managing a small team. Applicants should have a minimum of three years' experience and relevant electrical qualifications, and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Critical Environments such as Banking HQ and Data Centres.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of staff.
• Demonstrate a willingness to attend on and off-site training.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for effective inspection, operation and maintenance of all associated MEP assets.
• Participate and complete Health and Safety compliance activities.
• Ensure Specialist Vendors service visits are completed efficiently.
