We are looking for a Project Manager - Electrical to join our Building Services Team located in London.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager or Operations Manager responsible for the project, you will effectively and professionally lead the day‑to‑day management, within.args large scale multi‑disciplinary commercial project, the specific scope discipline including, design, procurement, installation, logistics, compliance, commissioning, and project handover, within the Skanska JV building construction team. Whilst ensuring the delivery to time, commercial performance, governance, and Skanskaμένη values are met during all phases of the project’s delivery to the satisfaction of the client.

What you’ll do:
  • Ensure full compliance of design, engineering, construction, and commissioning processes.

What you’ll bring to the role:
  • Appropriate knowledge and experience to manage multiple disciplines/interfaces and work sequencing.
  • Proven track record in successfully delivering within a team large scale MEP contract.
  • Formal H&S training accreditations, minimum SMSTS
  • Proven track record in leading teams and projects
