• Previous experience as an AC Engineer is essential.
• Must have a full clean drivers’ licence.
• Legionella and Asbestos awareness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete PPM and reactive tasks on site.
• Document all maintenance including in CAFM.
• Attend breakdowns outside normal hours.
