Qualifications

• Previous experience as an AC Engineer is essential.
• Legionella awareness and asbestos awareness preferred.
• MEWP Licence and first aid training are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all PPM is carried out as per maintenance specifications.
• Supervise sub-contractors on site.
• Respond to breakdowns and participate in the on-call rota.
