We’re looking for a passionate and people-focused Sales Consultant to join our team, supporting two of our established retirement villages – Charters Village in East Grinstead and Gradwell Park in South Chailey.

Our communities are home to vibrant, welcoming residents who enjoy beautiful surroundings, high-quality homes, and a fulfilling lifestyle. You’ll play a key role in helping new residents find their ideal home and begin their next chapter within these thriving villages.

What You’ll Do
  • Take ownership of the full resale journey - from initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Provide exceptional, personal customer care to prospective residents and their families, guiding them every step of the way.
  • Convert enquiries into viewings, offers, and completions, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Present the lifestyle, amenities, and benefits of living within Charters Village and Gradwell Park with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Build trusted relationships with homeowners, residents, and colleagues to ensure smooth transactions and positive experiences.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow processes to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Liaise closely with Village Managers and the wider operations team to deliver seamless handovers and move-ins.
  • Support local marketing and community events to raise awareness of available homes and drive interest.
  • Represent RVG’s values of community, care, and excellence in everything you do.
About You

You’re an engaging, empathetic salesperson who genuinely enjoys helping people make meaningful life decisions. You combine commercial drive with warmth, patience, and professionalism, thriving in a customer-focused, relationship-led environment.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in property sales – ideally in resales, estate agency, or retirement living
  • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, organised, and self-motivated approach
  • Excellent negotiation and closing ability
  • Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools
  • Flexibility to work weekends as required
  • A full UK driving licence
