Job Summary

Band 5 Staff Nurse - Critical Care

We are looking to recruit committed and self‑motivated Band 5 nurses. We offer 8‑weeks supernumerary status with a mentor and supervisor, a structured induction programme and help with completing the nationally recognised Step competency booklets. Our in‑house Critical Care course supports staff to complete the Critical Care post‑registration course.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care and support to patients and families as part of the wider Critical Care team.
• Work a full rotation on both days and nights to meet service needs.
• Deliver high‑quality nursing care within a highly motivated team.
