There’s never been a more exciting time to join Arun District Council’s Housing, Wellbeing & Communities team. As we deliver on our bold commitment to sustainability and resident wellbeing, we’re seeking a proactive and skilled Warm Homes Project Supervisor to lead the delivery of our £7.5 million Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund (SH:SHF) Wave 3 project.
This 3-year fixed-term contract is your opportunity to oversee the transformation of c.400 Council-owned homes, making them warmer, more energy-efficient, and better for the environment—helping to combat fuel poverty and deliver meaningful change in our communities.

You’ll be at the heart of a major retrofit programme, working alongside delivery partners, internal teams, and residents to coordinate the successful design, delivery, and compliance of complex energy efficiency projects.
As our Warm Homes Project Supervisor, you will:
You’ll need to bring strong project management and technical skills, alongside a collaborative mindset and a passion for improving homes and lives. Experience in housing retrofit, building compliance, stakeholder coordination, and managing external contractors will be essential.
