As RGS Guildford embarks on an exciting transition to co-education, the School is seeking an inspiring and forward-thinking pastoral leader to join us as Head of Student Experience and Engagement (Co-Education). The successful candidate will play an important part in implementing the School’s strategy towards becoming fully co-educational within ten years.
In this newly created position, you will play a prominent part in an already outstanding pastoral team: leading, developingand embedding a whole-school approach to student welfare including the successful integration offemale studentsinto the School, ensuring the culture and experiences reflect the needs of a co-educational community.
This is a teaching position with pastoral responsibilities and is offered on a full time or 0.8FTE basis from September 2026.
The Royal Grammar School has a responsibility for and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. The person appointed to this post will be required to apply for an enhanced Disclosure Certificate from the DBS.
