• Process client orders via the system for customers based in France.
• Create and issue invoices in compliance with revenue recognition terms.
• Manage accounts receivable and deal with overdue payments.
• Handle all incoming calls and emails for customer service.
• Liaise with internal departments for smooth operations.
• Create new customer accounts and qualify clients.
• Complete regular and statistical reports.
