What You’ll Do

• Ownership of all reporting for inventory, supply chain and operations
• Weekly reporting of key operational metrics to business (Inventory, Utilisation, Operational KPIs)
• Ownership of key balance sheet accounts for inventory and Work In Progress (WIP)
• Monthly SIOP financials
• Monthly reviews of operational performance – trend and forecast
• Drive forecast/budget and strategic plan processes for Operations
• Perform all related month end routines within the Wimborne Finance function and ad hoc tasks across the business
• Co-operate with management to meet the employer’s legal duties and take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts or omissions

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing finance. Essential)
• ERP user (Essential)
• Experience of Power BI (Desirable)
• Qualified CIMA/ACCA (Desirable)

Skills

• Good understanding of accounting within a manufacturing environment with experience in inventory reporting and standard costing
• Ability to manage large sets of data, identify trends and work alongside operational partners to influence stock holdings and operational efficiencies
• Experienced and skilled user of ERP systems
• Confidence and communication skills to work effectively at all levels of the organization including ability to influence at senior level
• Experience of building constructive, value adding relationships with management teams
• Able to work in a fast paced environment with robust reporting requirements
