Salary Range: £27,780 – £30,564 per annum. Full time, permanent. Work Location: River Hamble Country Park, Southampton. Bird Aware Solent is looking for a Ranger to join its friendly and passionate team. Our rangers raise awareness of the importance of coastal birds within the Solent’s three Special Protection Areas (SPAs) and encourage responsible recreation when visiting and using the coast. The focus of this role will be to work alongside the Wildlife Aware Watersports project and engage with a range of businesses to help further spread Bird Aware Solent’s disturbance messaging within the watersports.
