We’re building momentum towards our vision to become the most consistent and innovative risk partner.What if you could have a positive impact – at work and in the of the QBE team, you’ll get to spend every day working with people who are passionate, talented and kind.**Please note** - Applicants must have the right to work in the UK as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.**Your new role*** Undertake a range of duties in order to provide effective support to internal claims handling teams* Adhere to agreed processes and procedures to ensure accurate recording and processing of information* Operate an effective ‘helpline’ facility to clients in order to provide a high standard of client care* Respond to client requests in accordance with service standards* Develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders* Maintain databases and documentation including the logging of new claims within agreed service levels, in order to allow the Claims team to offer an excellent standard of service* Conduct a continuous review of the status of all outstanding claims**About You**If you’re highly organised, eager to learn, commercially savvy, and excited about growing your skills, this opportunity is made for you!
