• Part qualified accountant (AAT/CIMA/ACA/ACCA) preferred.
• Strong communication skills for effective delegation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely accounting for financial transactions.
• Prepare GL and Sub-Ledger Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Comply with Minimum Control Framework and audit requirements.
• Own allocated Franchise specific balance sheet accounts.
• Maintain integrity of the Franchise P&L.
• Resolve internal/external customer issues effectively.
