A UK based hospitality company is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to assist in maintaining and developing their catering services. The successful candidate will manage kitchen staff, ensure quality control, and maintain hygiene standards. This permanent role offers 40 hours a week with opportunities for overtime, including evenings and weekends. To Assist the Head Chef / Sous Chef in the maintenance and development of the Catering Services in accordance with the Company’s standards and requirements in respect of the following main areas:
This is a permanent, full time role, offering 40 hours per week. The role may require overtime which is paid. We are currently looking for Chefs to join the team (CDP level). The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
