You will play a vital role in building trust across teams and leading projects with a can-do spirit. This position offers a salary between £40,000 and £50,000, hybrid working, and numerous growth opportunities within a close-knit team, making it a fantastic opportunity for creative minds.

Building trust across the entire studio, and with external teams too, you’ll become the go-to for everything from the successful management of budgets and schedules to sourcing – and everything in between!
Ensuring the smooth and successful running of production, including pre and post, you’ll be confident in your ability to juggle multiple workstreams at a time – you’ll absolutely utilise your expert eye to spot opportunities and solve problems as and when they arise.
Flexible across the business, you’ll pull on your entrepreneurial spirit to lead clients and projects alike, working your magic to ensure creative excellence whilst ensuring each brand’s production requirements are not only met, but exceeded.

You’ll have a strong set of communication skills paired with an eye for great creative, so you know how to keep people on track using your flexible attitude, ready to tackle challenges head-on and deliver outstanding results.
