A creative arts organization is seeking a full-time Producer to support the Creative Director in delivering an exciting programme of work in Crawley for 2026/7. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders and manage creative projects while being flexible in their working hours. The role offers a salary between £33,000 and £35,000 with benefits including a pension scheme and 28 days of paid leave. Hybrid work is encouraged with core days in the office from Tuesday to Thursday.
We are creating a new full time role of Pro ducer to support the Creative Director in creating and delivering an ambitious programme of work in 2026/7.
For this role, at this moment in time for us, the Producer will be someone who can turn creative ideas into reality by curating and delivering an exciting creative programme in Crawley, West Sussex.
Salary: £33,000 – £35,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours a week Mon – Friday 10am – 6pm. However, this role requires flexible working in evenings and at weekends in response to the programme needs. We operate a Time Off In Lieu system.
Pension and other benefits: NEST pension scheme (3% employer contribution)
Holiday: 28 days of paid leave per annum (including 8 Bank Holidays) plus we close the office between Christmas and new year.
Contract: full time, fixed term (1 year) with intention to extend, subject to funding.
Place of work: Crawley, West Sussex. We offer hybrid working and the core in person working days are Tues – Thursday each week.
