• Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in the commercial vehicles sector.
• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle parts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong IT skills and experience using parts catalogues, stock management and ordering systems.
• A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the running of the parts department and help customers with parts enquiries.
• Identify parts using parts catalogues and provide expert advice.
• Process orders and ensure correct parts are supplied in a timely manner.
• Liaise with internal departments to source parts.
• Maintain stock levels and manage incoming deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
