  • Manage and support a team of marketing executives to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across email, webinars, web content, and campaign execution.
  • Work closely with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager to oversee campaign execution, lead management, reporting, and Click Up task workflows.
  • Ensure all incoming requests from ELT Marketing stakeholders are prioritised, scheduled, and completed within agreed timelines.
  • Contribute to long‑term operational planning, resource allocation, and process improvements across marketing operations.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Manage and regularly update documentation for digital marketing operations processes.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for the team, participating in meetings and ensuring strong communication across the department.
  • Personally support delivery of digital marketing activities including building, proofreading, QA, scheduling, and deployment of email, web, and campaign assets.
  • Oversee supplier management activities within agreed timeframes.

Impact of the role:
You will play a crucial part in ensuring all marketing operations activity is executed accurately, on brand, and on time. Your work will enable efficient digital marketing execution, improve reporting visibility, and strengthen the operational capabilities of OUP’s ELT marketing teams globally.
