A local educational institution in the United Kingdom seeks a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to aid in the Nursery provision. This role involves planning and implementing activities, maintaining records, and supporting children's development in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate must have experience working with children, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit. Salary: Grade 3 – £24,796 pro‑rata. 24.5 hours per week term time only for 46.8 weeks per annum equating to £17,143.50 pro‑rata, rising to 47.8 weeks (£17,509.82 pro‑rata) per annum after five years’ service.
Learning Support Assistant (Level 1 – Point 3 of PayScale). Temporary Fixed‑Term – 28.5 hours (13 April – 31 August 2026, inclusive). We are looking for a capable Level 1 Learning Support Assistant to work in our Nursery provision.

The role will be to support children and colleagues within the Nursery and to implement the daily routine by supporting check‑in, learning activities through play and group work and being a proactive member of the team.
The vacancy is for 28.5 hours per over five days, Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 15:00 and 08:30 to 13:00 Friday.
