A local educational institution in Neyland is seeking a motivated Learning Support Assistant to contribute to the Learning Resource Centre's development. The ideal candidate will assist students with complex Additional Learning Needs (ALN), creating a nurturing atmosphere encouraging pupils to achieve their potential. Candidates must hold relevant qualifications and demonstrate the ability to build relationships with learners and their families. Salary: Grade 3 - £24,796 pro rata

Permanent - Full Time post (33 hours term time)
From April 2026 or sooner if possible
Grade 3 - £24,796.00 for 33 hours per week term time only for 45.8 weeks per annum equating to £19,426.22 pro rata rising to 46.8 weeks, £19,850.37 pro rata per annum after 5 years' service.
