• Ideally experience in a Renewals or IP Administrative role.
• Excellent attention to detail is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the payment of patent cases and monitor maintenance fees.
• Onboard new cases and liaise with clients regarding renewal processes.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely processing of renewals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience.
• Monitor incoming communications and action accordingly.
