• Experience in patents is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming correspondence and update records accurately.
• Perform quality checks on IP Administrator work, especially new filings.
• Lead workflow meetings and ensure team adherence to relevant processes.
• Deal with various formalities including IDS's, PoAs, and assignments.
