• The development and writing of Individual Learning Support Plans.
• Undertaking 1:1 skills development tutorials.
• Undertaking 1:1 SEMH sessions (Mental health & Wellbeing).
• Liaising with colleagues, parents and external agencies.
• Making referrals to external agencies.
