Qualifications

  • Experience as CDP or junior sous chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Ability to follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide catering services to pupils and teachers.
  • Produce food from scratch using fresh ingredients.
  • Adhere to company food standards and control wastage.
  • Follow food hygiene and allergen control procedures.
