A leading provider of student accommodation in the UK is seeking a Nights Team Lead to oversee safety team operations during night shifts. This role involves leading a team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for students, managing duties such as conducting building checks and responding to in-the-moment situations. Candidates should possess leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a full UK driver’s license. Hours and Rota: 42.5 hours per week. Safety Team Members work 5 night shifts out of 7, between the hours of 10/10.30pm and 7/7.30am. Shift pattern variations may apply.
Salary: £33,458 - £36,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits

You will be leading from the centre of a Student Safety Team in your city, making sure that we maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming night‑time environment for our students. This includes lending an ear or helping hand to students in need, responding to in‑the‑moment situations and being a point of escalation for your team.
