Qualifications

• Experience within defence or complex engineering environments.
• Contributing to Social Values and ESG content.
• Proficiency in interpreting cost inputs and pricing logic.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid activity producing high-quality proposals.
• Create Social Values and ESG responses.
• Accountable for bids from start to finish.
• Support early capture activity with Business Development.
• Manage pre-bid submissions including PQQs and RFIs.

Skills

Bid management experience

Strong understanding of tendering

Experience with Social Values and ESG content

High level of numeracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Technical awareness of engineering
