15 Feb, 2026# Youth Support Coach£33,800 - £35,000 yearly* CV-Library* London Borough of Brent, UK### Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Youth Outreach Specialist to support young people aged 18–25 who are currently out of work due to health-related barriers. You’ll work with a small caseload, building trust, motivation, and confidence, helping young people take their first steps toward employment, education, or further support.This is a community-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, relationship-building, and making a tangible difference. We have roles in Ealing and Brent.Key responsibilities Manage a caseload of up to 25 young adultsBuild trusted one-to-one relationships and support motivation and confidenceCarry out outreach and engagement activities in the local communityWork with partners and services to create progression opportunitiesSupport young people to explore next steps and access appropriate servicesAbout you Experience supporting young people or adults with barriers to work (or similar challenges)Confident building relationships with hard-to-reach individualsComfortable working independently in the communityEnjoy working to targets to make a differenceYou’ll play a key role in helping young people move forward with their lives, in a role that offers variety, autonomy, and real social impact.Please apply via this advert – we aim to respond to everyone.
