• Receive and process incoming returns in our warehouse.
• Inspect returned items for quality, condition, and accuracy.
• Identify issues and report them to the Warranty & Returns team.
• Ensure returns meet company criteria before processing.
• Update return details accurately on the system.
• Support with refunds, restocking, and inventory updates.
• Maintain a clean and organized returns area.
• Communicate with the office team to resolve return queries.

Job description

We’re looking for a detail oriented Warranty and Returns Operative to manage incoming returns to the warehouse and work closely with our office team to ensure all returned items are processed accurately and efficiently.

If you’re reliable, organised, proactive and comfortable working independently while still supporting the wider team, this could be a great role for you.

Location: Poole, Dorset

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday

Reporting to: Sector 1

What You'll Be Doing

• Receive and process incoming returns in our warehouse
• Inspect returned items for quality, condition, and accuracy
• Identify any issues or trends and report them to the Warranty & Returns team
• Ensure returns meet company criteria before processing
• Update return details accurately on the system

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised returns area
• Communicate clearly with the office team to resolve any return queries
