A leading security provider in Eastbourne seeks an experienced individual to oversee control room operations and manage a shift team. Responsibilities include delivering service levels, team management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. SHIFT PATTERN: 4 on 4 off - 2 lates, 41 hours per week
