Job summary

A global insurance group is seeking an Operational Assistant to support the Managing Director and ensure smooth business operations. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, producing reports, booking travel, and supporting the Underwriting team. Responsibilities

  • Produce reports and presentations as required.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and other activities.
  • Complete expenses for the senior leadership team.
  • Book and coordinate all travel for the team.
  • Chase aged debt on a weekly basis.
  • Support the Underwriting team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Assist with testing underwriting platforms and policy issuance.
