Responsibilities

• Acting as the Company’s Data Protection Officer ensuring compliance.
• Reviewing contractual documentation to safeguard the company.
• Maintaining the Company’s electronic data room and corporate records.
• Filing annual returns at Companies House.
• Advising directors on their duties regarding corporate legislation.
