At Black Sheep Utilities, we’re expanding our Client Retention team and are seeking motivated, results-driven individuals who want more than just a job – they want a successful career in a growing business.

The Role

As a Client Retention Executive, you will be responsible for managing and retaining a portfolio of existing business customers. You’ll:

  • Maintain strong relationships with current and previous clients.
  • Identify opportunities for renewals and additional services.
  • Schedule renewal and winback calls with a Utilities Consultant. Protecting revenue by using persuasive selling techniques and promoting our services.
  • Referring any current contract service issues to the customer service team to resolve.
  • Deliver outstanding service while consistently meeting your targets.
  • This role has the opportunity to grow into a sales position, there will be opportunity to make your own smaller sales once established.

Our Client Retention Executives work closely with our Utilities Consultants, ensuring no opportunity to retain or grow business is missed. This is a high-energy, target-driven role with significant earning potential.

From day one, you’ll receive structured training and ongoing support to ensure you have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

What We Offer
  • Competitive starting salary based on experience. (Minimum £30,000)
  • Uncapped commission – top performers regularly earn £1,500+ per month
  • Realistic OTE of £60,000+

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for ambitious and self-motivated individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment and are passionate about client success.

You will:

  • Have proven B2B telesales, account management or client retention experience with a track record of competently managing your pipeline and exceeding targets. Ideally in a win-back or retention role within a cancellations department or similar.
  • Be driven by results and financial rewards
  • Be resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to follow proven processes and scripts while maintaining a professional and engaging style
  • Have a positive attitude and a growth mindset
