• Confident in handling Deeds, Leases, and other in-life lending documentation.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-completion activities and undertake all relevant post-completion requirements.
• Support Team Lead with Securities and Redemption tasks.
• Act as the first point of contact for Securities and Redemption queries.
