A leading financial technology firm in Milton Keynes is seeking a Senior Lending Servicing Officer to manage post-completion activities for lending products. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial mortgage lending and focus on securities and redemption processes. Key responsibilities include supporting the Team Lead, acting as the first point of contact for queries, and ensuring smooth operation in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Lending Servicing Officer plays a key role in the effective management of post-completion activities, undertaking all relevant post-completion requirements relating to all Allica Lending products. Including, for example, Land Registry checks, Redemptions, Releases, Lease reviews and annual reviews.
