A fast-growing fintech company in London is looking for a Chief of Staff to provide maternity cover within the CEO Office. This role involves coordinating strategic planning, managing the flow of information among the leadership team, and driving operational efficiency. To take things to the next level, we’re looking for a highly organised, trusted and impact-driven Chief of Staff to provide maternity cover within the CEO Office. This is a role at the centre of everything: strategy, execution and communication.
You’ll work directly with our CEO and leadership team to keep the business running smoothly and moving quickly. As the CEO’s right hand, you’ll bring structure, clarity and momentum to how we operate — helping prepare key materials, sharpening how decisions get made and ensuring the company stays aligned around the most important priorities.
You’ll help coordinate the rhythm of the business, making sure meetings are well run, information flows cleanly and follow-through happens. Working closely with teams across Carmoola, you’ll spot issues early, surface the right context, and keep the organisation focused and moving in the right direction.
