Care Support Worker – Swallowtail Place, Acle

19.5 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

Swallowtail Place is an independent living scheme in Acle, where we provide care and support to tenants who live in their own self‑contained apartments under a tenancy agreement with Saffron Housing Trust.

A day in the life:

• Assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan.
• Work as part of a team, building strong relationships with colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.
• Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
