Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a highly committed, proactive, and professional Team Leader to contribute to the operational management of a supported living service in Balham, Wandsworth. Endlesham Road is a service for 5 female clients supported by a long-standing staff team.

Ensuring a great quality of life is paramount. Staff support clients with managing health conditions like epilepsy and PEG assistance when needed. The service is conveniently located within walking distance of Balham Station and accessible via buses.

Responsibilities

1. Assist the Locality Manager to ensure the service meets high-quality standards, including all CQC standards and contractual requirements.
2. Ensure the service operates cohesively and that clients receive fully integrated care, support, and housing.
3. Deliver personalized care in accordance with care plans, promoting wellbeing, quality of life, and community connections.
4. Promote a culture of responsive, person-centered practice and active support, based on respect and unconditional positive regard.
5. Work shifts on the rota, including occasional evenings and weekends, across the entire week.

Minimum Requirements

• At least one year of managerial experience supporting people with learning disabilities and autism.
• Strong values, emotional intelligence, and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent assessment, support planning, and report writing skills.
