The Role

You’ll be responsible for driving new customer acquisition across our core healthcare platforms. This is a true new business role, focused on identifying, qualifying and converting new logo opportunities.

You’ll work closely with senior sales leaders to:

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects
  • Understand clinical and operational challenges
  • Position TM3 and e-clinic as strategic solutions
  • Support demos, proposals and deal progression
  • Represent ClearCourse Health at industry events

You’ll develop deep knowledge of our products and healthcare verticals while progressing toward full BDM ownership of deals.

What You’ll Bring

  • Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets (software or tech preferred)
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Confidence engaging with clinical, operational and commercial stakeholders
  • CRM experience and structured sales approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, organised and commercially driven

Healthcare experience is a plus — but not essential.
