Business Development Executive

Nuffield Health Highgate Hospital | London N6 4DJ | Permanent | Full time | 37.5 Hours

Are you passionate about healthcare growth and building strong professional networks? Our private hospital is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive engagement with NHS GPs, fund-holding bodies, and corporate partners, supporting referral growth and service awareness.

As a Business Development Executive, you will:

  • Develop and implement engagement programmes for primary care professionals and corporates, including educational events, networking meetings, and information sessions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support initiatives to increase patient referrals.
  • Collaborate with hospital consultants and department heads to strengthen relationships and grow consultant practices.
  • Monitor referral activity and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Assist in organising annual events and consultant networking functions.
  • Work closely with the corporate marketing team on:
    • Website development, SEO, and social media campaigns.
    • Advertising schedules and promotional material distribution.
  • Manage enquiry generation and ensure smooth handover to operational teams.
