Hours: 37.5 per week

About the Role
We’re recruiting a Support Worker for our Wigton service, where we help 5 amazing adults with learning disabilities live as independently as possible.
What will you do?
What’s Great About This Service?
✅ Always at least 2 staff on duty during the day and evening
✅ 1 staff member overnight (waking night shift)
✅ A friendly, supportive team environment
Shift Patterns
Day: 7:30am – 3:00pm
Evening: 2:30pm – 10:00pm
Night: 9:45pm – 7:45am
Weekend work is shared fairly among the team.
