We’re building a brand-new supported living service in Digmoor, Skelmersdale — and we need amazing Support Workers to join the team!

You’ll help adults with learning disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities settle into their new homes and live life to the fullest. From personal care to holidays, no two days will be the same!

What we’re looking for:

  • Kind hearts and flexible minds
  • Experience with behaviour that challenges? Big bonus!
  • Trauma-informed care or autism experience? Even better!
  • A UK driving licence? Super handy but not mandatory!

We’ve got shifts to suit everyone (days, sleepovers, waking nights) — full-time, part-time, and bank roles available.
