Priory Hospital Solihullis looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager to join the team. This is a full time role of 37.5 a week. Located in Meriden, Warwickshire, Priory Hospital Solihull is a 31-bedded hospital supporting the NHS by offering level 2 rehabilitation services for males.
You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you\'re assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.

The role holder is responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and identity of patients, students, and pupils residing at or attending Priory units. They must hold a relevant NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a key electrical, mechanical, or building trade, with Joint Industries Board (JIB) approved status. Candidates should also have experience gained within a facilities, operational, trade, or maintenance role.
