Projects evolve through three phases:**Explore - Test Risky Ideas Fast**- This stage is about answering: with 1–2 people up to a few weeks with a focus on rapid experimentation to validate feasibility, usability, and viability.**Discover** to prove the concept works in real-world conditions. 3–5 people, couple of month with a focus on building prototypes and engage real users for feedback.**Grow** This stage ensures the idea becomes a sustainable, revenue-generating solution.(5+ people, Up to a year) looking to scale the product for market readiness and handoff to mainstream teams.Success is measured by customer-facing demos, project momentum, and strong collaboration.**About the role**:As a **Product Manager** in Propulsion Labs, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives across new products, high-risk improvements, data partnerships, and internal tools. You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, assess their value and feasibility, and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.This role demands a strong grasp of technical concepts, adaptability, and proactive leadership.
