Explore - Test Risky Ideas Fast - This stage is about answering: “Is this idea worth pursuing?” with 1–2 people up to a few weeks with a focus on rapid experimentation to validate feasibility, usability, and viability.
Discover to prove the concept works in real-world conditions. 3–5 people, couple of months with a focus on building prototypes and engaging real users for feedback.
Grow This stage ensures the idea becomes a sustainable, revenue-generating solution (5+ people, up to a year) looking to scale the product for market readiness and handoff to mainstream teams.
Success is measured by customer-facing demos, project momentum, and strong collaboration.
As a Product Manager in Propulsion Labs, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives across new products, high-risk improvements, data partnerships, and internal tools. You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, assess their value and feasibility, and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.
This role demands a strong grasp of technical concepts, adaptability, and proactive leadership. You’ll be expected to communicate effectively, collaborate across teams, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment.
