What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll:

  • Advise on a broad range of commercial property and asset management matters, including acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management.
  • Handle landlord and tenant work such as lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews and break options.
  • Act for a wide variety of clients including investors, developers, corporate occupiers and asset managers.
  • Support strategic asset management projects, delivering practical and commercial legal solutions.
  • Collaborate with specialists in other practice groups to deliver joined-up advice.
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
